elvis and madonna- Friday 7th October 2011

Brixton Reel Film Festival is dedicated to working with diverse local communities in the London Borough of Lambeth and showing the best new films and arts, which explore well-being, and community and self empowerment.

This year's festival includes screenings of Brazilian, US Asian and British features, as well as short films made in the community. There is also live poetry, dance, yoga and lots more going on, including FREE Caribbean, Asian and Portuguese food.

All screenings and events are FREE and we recommend that you book in advance on the venue phone lines as they will be popular and will pack out!

The Festival is supported by NHS Lambeth and SLAM, promoting positive images of mental health and well-being. For more information on local support services click the Help & Advice button at the top of the page.
